It didn't come as a big surprise my dearest friends Alberto and Costanza were going for an elopement in the Dolomites. If I would have to describe my ideal couple as a wedding photographer it would be exactly them: wild at heart, travellers, down to earth, creative... They make the wildest duo! And then I didn't mention their dog yet...

I was so glad to be both their guest and photographer alongside Thomas Harry.

As Costanza is a wedding planner herself, I was already preparing for some top-notch design and the craziest wedding outfits. When I saw Alberto in his rock'n roll mountain suit and Alpine hat and Costanza in her sparkling wedding dress, my expectations were soon confirmed. They broke all traditions and really made their special day their own. Bohemian, rock 'n roll, romantic, all at once! The amazing lunch in a traditional malga was only giving away for what was to come: an intimate ceremony tucked away in the woods at the foot of the mountains, also their secret camping spot. Wild flowers, amazing fall colours, a stunning scenery, soft mountain light and crisp air. All ingredients for an enchanting mountain elopement were there!

The mix of sunset and the rain casted such a beyond beautiful, moody light on the road we just had to stop to take some shots before finishing the day with a beer in a local pub.
